Structure and mechanism of activity and functioning of Sumy state university Legal Clinic:
Sumy state university Legal Clinic was created as a base for practical training and internships for senior students majoring in “Jurisprudence”, integrated into the educational process and operates on the basis of current legislation of Ukraine, Sumy state university Statute and the provisions of Sumy state university Legal Clinic.
Sumy state university Legal Clinic is a unique structural unit of the university, where senior students, providing free legal aid to the poor, have a practical opportunity at the stage of their studies to acquire in exchange no less invaluable gift – the practical skills of a professional lawyer.
Organizational model:
Dean of the Faculty of Law => Head of the Department of Law => Head of the Law Clinic =>
teachers-curators => student coordinator => students-consultants, students-listeners.
