LEGAL CLINIC OF THE LAW INSTITUTE

HISTORY OF CREATION

The Legal Clinic was established in 2008 as a structural unit of Sumy State University and was established as a base for practical training and internships for senior students majoring in “Law”, integrated into the educational process and works on the basis of current legislation of Ukraine, Sumy state university Charter and Regulations on Sumy state university Legal Clinic.

Since 2012 he is a member of the Association of Legal Clinics.

3 In 2015, Sumy state university Legal Clinic closely cooperates with the UBA Students’ League.

The basis of the legal clinic is a combination of interests of citizens in need of legal assistance and unable to pay for the services of a lawyer and students interested in gaining practical knowledge that contributes to their future professional development.

The legal clinic consists of 22 consulting students.
